Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
Directions
- Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil together.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
- Add in zucchini and pineapple. Mix until combined.
- Pour into greased bread pans.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
