Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 1 cup nuts
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and beat well at low speed on mixer. Then beat 1 minute on medium speed.
- Put in 2 greased and floured loaf pans or in 1 greased and floured tube pan.
- Cook about 30 - 45 minutes.
