Ingredients
- 15 ml white jamaican rum
- 15 ml golden jamaican rum
- 15 ml dark Jamaican rum
- 15 ml apricot brandy
- 30 ml papaya nectar
- 60 ml pineapple juice
- 10 ml grenadine
- 15 ml overproof rum
- ice cube
- 1 pineapple, wedge
- 2 maraschino cherries
Directions
- Place all ingredients except overproof rum in mixing jug. Stir well.
- Strain into a tall glass, holding back the ice cubes.
- Top with overproof rum and garnish with pineapple wedge and the cherries.
