Zesty Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1⁄4 cup carrot (finely grated)
- 2 tablespoons red peppers (finely chopped)
- 1 (10 ounce) box wheat thins crackers
Directions
- MIX sour cream, mustard and salad dressing mix in medium bowl.
- ADD spinach, carrot and pepper; mix well.
- Cover.
- REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.
- Serve as dip with crackers.
