Zesty Skillet Chicken You Can't Live Without!

Another Betty Crocker recipe. I love the simplicity!

Ingredients

  • 4  chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless about 1 lb
  • 14 cup  ranch dressing
  • 13 cup  dry breadcrumbs, any kind
  • 2  tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Dip chicken into dressing and then coat with the bread crumbs.
  2. Heat your oil in a 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken in oil 12-15 minutes, turning once, until the outside is golden brown and the juice is no longer pink.
