Zesty Herbed Carrots

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 14 cup  kraft special collection  balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1  lb carrot, sliced in 1/4 " to 1/2-inch slices
  • 2  tablespoons  chopped fresh parsley
  • 1  tablespoon walnuts, toasted

Directions

  1. Pour dressing over carrots in a large, nonstick skillet. Stir to coat.
  2. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes (depending on how soft you want your carrots to be), stirring after 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in parsley and nuts.
