Zesty Herb Roasted Potatoes

The Miracle Whip gives a nice little tang to these potatoes. The herb measurements are really to taste.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup Miracle Whip
• 1  tablespoon dried rosemary or 1  tablespoon oregano
• 1  tablespoon garlic powder
• 1  tablespoon onion powder
• 1  teaspoon seasoning salt
• 1  tablespoon water
• 2  lbs small red potatoes, quartered

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
4. Place potatoes on a greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown, stirring after 15 minute.
