Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh green beans
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable broth
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Steam green beans in broth about 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in onions; mix well.
- Combine vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Stir into green beans. Cook and stir until glossy. Season with pepper.
