Zesty Dijon Marinade

I was looking for a fast and easy recipe for chicken. Perfect for OMAC. I have loosley based this from a recipe I found in the Cooking Light archives.

• Yields: 3/4 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  balsamic vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
• 2  tablespoons olive oil
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 2  garlic cloves, crushed

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients and stir marinade well.
