Zesty Chicken Marinade

This is a great combo. Prep time includes the marination time.

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
• 1⁄3 cup Tabasco jalapeno sauce
• 2  lbs chicken breasts

Directions

1. Combine liquid ingredients in 1 gallon size food storage bag to create the marinade. Mix well.
2. Place chicken breasts in bag and seal. Marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours. Drain chicken and discard marinade.
3. Grill, bake, broil or saute chicken as desired.
