Zalma's No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, Softened
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 cups thawed whipped topping
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions
- Beat Cream Cheese and Sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add Vanilla Extract and Lemon Peel to Cream Cheese mixture and mix until blended well. Fold in Whipped Topping, mix well.
- Pout cream cheese mixture into pie crust and even out.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
