Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
- 3⁄4 cup cornmeal
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 4 egg whites
Directions
- Grease a 8x8-inch pan, and preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients together till moistened.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
