Yummy Good Spicy Rice

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons green peppers, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1⁄8 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cumin
- 1 3⁄4 cups rice, uncooked
- 4 cups water
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can stewed tomatoes
Directions
- Sauté the chicken, onion and green pepper all together in the butter in a 4 quart saucepan a few minutes. Don't brown.
- Add the rest.
- Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is done. Let it set 5 minutes before eating.
