Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 6 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Stir in egg, milk and vanilla.
- Mix until blended but don't over beat.
- Spray griddle with butter-flavored pan.
- Scoop pancake batter out by 1/4 cups.
- Cook pancake on griddle until bubbly, then flip.
