Ingredients
- 2 -5 lbs potatoes, peeled and inch cubes
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (15 ounce) jar cheddar cheese sauce
- water
Directions
- Prepare potatoes and place in cold water to cover. Add onion, salt, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are soft. Add cheddar sauce and stir until cheese sauce is mixed inches.
