Yummy Easy Banana Cake!

A nice and moist cake and super easy to make too!

• Serves: 8

Ingredients

• 6  ounces self raising flour
• 3  ounces butter
• 3  ounces sugar
• 3  mashed up bananas
• 2  tablespoons milk

Directions

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180c and line a loaf tine with baking paper --
2. Mix together the flour, butter and sugar in a bowl with your hands untill you get a breadcrumb like mixture --
3. Then add the bananas cut up into small pieces, I used a potato masher to mash the banana into the flour mix --
4. Then Add the milk and mix together, poor the mixture into the loaf tin --
5. Put it in the oven for around 40 mins, the banana stays a little gooey and moist on the inside even when totaly cooked.
