Yields: 6 deviled eggs
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or 3 tablespoons light cream
Directions
- Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Slip out yolks.
- Mash with fork; mix in seasonings and dressing.
- Fill whites with yolk mixture heaping it up lightly.
