Yummy Classic Chicken Salad

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄3 cup slivered almonds (can toast if you want, but not totally necessary)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 cups cooked chicken breasts, in chunks
- 1 cup red grapes, sliced in half
Directions
- combine all ingredients listed above, it's best if you add the chicken last.
- let chill in freezer.
- suggestion: serve in a pita pocket.
