Yummy Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
Cupcakes
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup salad oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Mix cream cheese, salt, sugar, and egg for filling, then add chocolate chips. Set aside.
- Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa, and salt then add water, salad oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract.
- Fill cups 1/3 full with chocolate mixture. Add heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 350 for about 30 minutes.
