- 1 ginger peel
- 1 cup canola oil
- 8 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups slivered almonds
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 large heads of lettuce
- 2 green onions
Directions
- To do the night before:.
- boil chicken in a pot of water with the ginger, shred and place the chicken in a ziplock bag.
- Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Refrigerate.
- mix the almonds, seed, lettuce, and finely chopped green onions.
