Yummy Cappuccino Bars

Deee-lishus! Great-tasting dessert bars. They're so easy to make.

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups biscuit mix
• 1  cup  packed brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup raisins
• 1⁄2 cup  chopped  nuts
• 1⁄2 cup water
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons dry instant coffee
• 2  tablespoons shortening
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1  egg

• Cappuccino Glaze

• 1  cup powdered sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 -2  tablespoon  cold brewed strong coffee

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Grease bottom and sides of a 13"x9" baking dish; lightly flour.
4. Stir together all ingredients except Glaze with a spoon til blended well.
5. Spread batter in pan.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
7. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
8. Drizzle Cappuccino Glze over bars while they are still warm.
9. Cut into bars and serve warm or room temperature.
