Yum Yum Ribbon Salad

Very easy, good for large crowd. Can be made day before. Cook time is actually chilling time.

  1. Prepare strawberry jello.
  2. Pour into 3 qt rectangular baking dish.
  3. Chill until almost set, about 1 hour.
  4. In large mixing bowl, dissolve lemon jello in 1 c.
  5. boiling water.
  6. Add marshmallows, whisk until marshmallows are almost melted.
  7. Whisk in cream cheese and mayonnaise until combined.
  8. Stir in UNDRAINED pineapple, set aside.
  9. In small mixing bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  10. Gently fold into lemon mixture, spoon on top of chilled strawberry jello.
  11. Spread over top evenly.
  12. Chill until almost firm, about 1 hour.
  13. Prepare lime jello.
  14. Chill until partially set, about 45 minutes.
  15. Pour over chilled lemon mixture.
  16. Cover and chill 4 hours or more.
  17. Cut into squares and serve.
