Yum! Chilli Prawns

Ingredients
- 120 g cleaned prawns
- 10 g chili sauce
- 15 g sweet chili
- 5 g spring onions
- 2 cups steamed rice
- 1 tablespoon white soya sauce
For seasoning
- 1 tablespoon white soya sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a wok on medium flame.
- When its hot, add all the seasonings with the sweet chili and chili sauce.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add prawns.
- Cook for 3 more minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve on top of steamed rice.
