Yezvi’enkhoi Koit’hon

Serves: 4

Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 8  cups water
  • 4  tablespoons  red  grenadine
  • 1  whole papaya (sliced)
  • 1  whole mango (sliced around the pit)
  • 2  de-shelled  tamarind pods
  • 2  cubed tart apples
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 4  sliced valencia oranges
  • 1  sliced  sugar cane
  • 15  chopped prunes
  • 1  stalk rhubarb, sliced
  • 12 cup honey
  • 1  tablespoon rose water
  • 2  cups  jamaica  energy drink (mexican hibiscus drink)

Directions

  1. Pour all the water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Put everything in and simmer for 2 hours.
  3. Use tongs to take out the big pieces.
  4. Strain through a coffee strainer 10 times and serve cold.
  5. Enjoy!
