Yet Another Butter Tart.....

Yields: 12-15 tarts
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup corn syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- raisins (optional)
- nuts (optional)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Fill tart shells, (your favourite pastry recipe),3/4 full.
- Lower rack, to bottom of oven.
- Bake in 450* oven for 12 minutes.
- Watch closely!
