Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1⁄2 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup whipped cream
Directions
- Cook pineapple and sugar together for 3 minute Dissolve jello in hot water. Add to pineapple mixture. Cool. Add nuts and cheese. Refrigerate until mixture begins to gel. Add whipped cream. Mold and chill.
