Yellow Rice With Almonds

Very Tasty, Healthy, easy and quick recipe for a yellow rice with and almonds.

  1. Boil water.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. Pour the Olive Oil on the Pot on a high flame and add the onion till it gets golden.
  4. Add the rice till it all covered with oil.
  5. Add salt, Pepper, A Handful of Almonds and Turmeric.
  6. Mix till the rice gets a Yellowish Orange color.
  7. Add 1 and a half cups of boiled water, mix, lower the fire to minimum, cover and wait about 10-11 minutes.
  8. Take the pot off the fire and wait another 10 mins while its covered.
  9. Serve and wait for the best comments =].
