Light, low fat yeast rolls--great for breakfast!

  1. Mix flour, oats, seeds, yeast, baking powder, and an desired spices/sweeteners in a large bowl.
  2. Heat water and oil together for 20-30 seconds in the microwave. Gently mix water/oil mixture into dry ingredients.
  3. Add egg and mix until ball forms. Cover bowl, set in a warm place, and allow to rise until doubled in size (about one hour).
  4. Preheat oven to 350 f and grease one muffin pan. Divide batter among muffin cups--makes about 10 rolls. Sprinkle additional seeds on top if desired.
  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes and allow to cool. Enjoy!
