Year-Round Field-Berry Jam

This is just as it says, you can make it any time of the year- so delicious -

Yields: 6 jars

Ingredients

  • 1 (600 g) package  europe's best  4-Field Berry Mix
  •  unsweetened apple juice
  •  bernardin  freezer jam pectin (1 package)
  • 1 12 cups Splenda sugar substitute

Directions

  1. Thaw fruit in refrigerator until partially thawed. Crush fruit with potato masher and add enough apple juice to yield 4 cups fruit and juice.
  2. In bowl, combine Freezer Jam Pectin and Splenda until well blended. Stir in fruit and juice mixture until well combined. Stir 3 minutes longer. Spoon into clean plastic freezer jars or or mason jars.
  3. Apply lids. Let stand until thickened, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate up to 3 weeks or freeze up to 1 year.
  4. VARIARION: Use same quantity of granulated sugar in place of Splenda.
