Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs chicken breasts
- 12 bamboo skewers
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons gekkeikan plum wine
- 4 tablespoons gekkeikan sake
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 drops sesame oil
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Soak the bamboo skewers in warm water for 30 minutes. Skewing the chicken breast meat and place sauce to marinade for 30 minutes. Grill on each side for 3 minutes per side.
