Xagave Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup Agave
- 2 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix first 5 wet ingredients in blender on low.
- In a small bowl, blend together flour, baking powder & salt.
- Add flour mixture to blender and blend on low.
- Grease & flour a standard size bread pan. Add mixture to pan.
- Bake 60-70 minutes. Done test: clean toothpick in middle of loaf.
- Enjoy with your favorite topping!
