Ww Squash Casserole

I got this recipe on the Weight Watchers website. It is 2 points per serving.

  1. Thickly slice squash and onion and boil in enough water to cover until tender.
  2. Drain, add crushed crackers, margarine, cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into a PAM sprayed 9x9 casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
