Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, lean leg, stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 15 ounces chickpeas
- 14 1⁄2 ounces diced tomatoes, canned
- 1⁄2 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Place lamb, followed by all ingredients except lemon juice into crock pot. Cook on low 7-8 hours.
- Stir in lemon juice and let stand 5 minutes.
