Ingredients

  • 1 (6 inch)  low-fat low-carb whole wheat tortillas
  • 2  teaspoons  low-sugar strawberry preserves
  • 2  tablespoons fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 12 cup strawberry
  • 2  tablespoons  chopped  almonds

Directions

  1. Spread preserves on tortilla.
  2. Top with ricotta cheese.
  3. Place strawberries on top of ricotta and sprinkle with almonds.
  4. Roll tightly and serve.
