A blend of separate seafood seasonings over the years of trial and error.

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons dried parsley
• 1  tablespoon lemon zest
• 1  tablespoon onion powder
• 1  tablespoon kosher salt
• 1  tablespoon dried thyme
• 2  teaspoons paprika
• 3⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon sage
• 1⁄4 teaspoon rosemary
• 1⁄4 teaspoon celery seed
• 1  dried bay leaf, crushed
• 1  pinch cayenne (optional)
• 1⁄8 teaspoon dill (optional)

Directions

1. Blend together and store in a sealed glass jar.
2. Sprinkle over any and all fish and seafood.
