Wood Family's Pineapple Stuffing

Excellent side dish that our family serves every Thanksgiving and Christmas.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray an 8 inch square baking dish with Pam cooking spray.
  3. Beat the egg whites with the mixer.
  4. Add the flours, sugar and pineapple.
  5. Melt butter and mix in the 5 slices of cubed bread.
  6. Put the butter and bread mix in the prepared baking dish and put the pineapple mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
