Ingredients

  • Pork filling

  • 34 lb ground pork
  • 12 lb  chopped shrimp or 12 lb  prawns (fresh)
  • 12 cup  finely chopped water chestnut
  • 12 cup  finely chopped red onion
  • 1  tablespoon soya sauce
  • 12 teaspoon msg
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2  packages  egg roll wraps
  • Crab filling

  • 4 34 ounces  cooked  crabmeat
  • 8  ounces cream cheese
  • 2  green onions (finely chopped)
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 2  packages  egg roll wraps

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix meat first, then add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Place 1 tsp At a time on each wrapper, moisten edges and fold in half diagonally then press edges to seal.
  3. Fold over the two opposite corners and pinch together.
  4. Deep fry in 375°F oil until golden brown.
  5. May be eaten freshly cooked or individually frozen and placed in bags, then remove from freezer heat on a cookie sheet in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with plum sauce.
