Wisconsin Cheese Balls

Yields: 12 balls

Ingredients

  • 1  cup cheese, grated
  • 1  teaspoon flour
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1  dash pepper
  • 1  egg white, stiffly beaten
  •  oil (for frying)

Directions

  1. Preheat oil to 375F in a large saucepan.
  2. Mix the first four ingredients together; fold in egg white.
  3. Form into small balls and fry until golden brown.
