Winter Wonderland Pudding

This is a recipe that I found in our local newspaper and I thought it might be of interst to some people, so here it is!!

• Ready In: 45 mins
• Serves: 6-9

Ingredients

• 1  cup flour
• 1⁄2 cup white sugar
• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 2  teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 cup raisins
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla

• INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE

• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
•  butter, the size of a walnut
• 2  cups boiling water

Directions

1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Add milk and vanilla.
3. Fold in raisins.
4. SAUCE:.
5. Mix ingredients together and slowly pour over dough.
6. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
