  1. Slaw: In a bowl, toss apples, lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients.
  2. Dressing: In a bowl, whisk ingredients. Add to slaw with 3/4 cup cheese. (Can be refrigerated up to 2 hours ahead.) Top with remaining cheese.
