Winter Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 1 pear, cored and chopped
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 cup cashews
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese
- 1 1⁄2 bunches romaine lettuce
Dressing
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons chopped onions
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- 2⁄3 cup olive oil
Directions
- toss salad ingredients together except for raisins.
- mix dressing ingredients.
- serve dressing and raisins on the side.
- enjoy!
