Wing Powder | Buffalo Wing Dry Rub

This recipe requires some very specialized ingredients. It was created to be a dry rub or dry brine for Buffalo-Style chicken wings. This rub in not meant to replace your favorite sauces but merely to enhance the flavors. Apply it at least one-hour prior to grilling or frying. (Preferably overnight for use as a brine). It can also be added to flour for a breading. (2T powder per cup of flour). Show more

  1. Grind larger ingredients into a powder.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Store in an airtight container, keep cool and dry.
  4. * Bleu Cheese listed is Bleu Cheese Powder not sauce mix. The website keeps changing it to sauce and I cannot correct it.
