  1. cut chicken wings into 3 sections, discard wing tip, set aside. in a saucepan bring the brown sugar, hot sauce,butter and vinegar to a boil. reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6-8 minutes or untill butter is melted and sauce is heated through. cool in a gallon size resealable plastic bag. combine sugar, seasonings and 1 cup of sauce. add chicken wings in batches, seal in a bag toss coat evenly, grill wings uncovered over indirect medium heat for 12-15 minutes or till juices run clear turning once and basting occasionally w/ remaining sauce.
