Wine Baked Sole over Onions

Directions

  1. Place onions in bottom of baking dish.
  2. Arrange fish in a single layer over onions and pour wine over the fish.
  3. Sprinkle with tarragon and top with mushrooms.
  4. Add salt, to taste, and drizzle with margarine.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
