Wilted Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 200 g spinach, washed
- 1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- sesame seeds
- japanese chili pepper
Directions
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- Add spinach and cook until just wilted, about 30 seconds.
- Drain and rinse with cold water. Squeeze out excess water and cut into bite size pieces.
- Toss with soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and Japanese chili pepper just before serving.
