Wildberry Summer Soup

Ingredients
- 20 ounces white wine
- 1 wildberry flavored tea bag
- 2 vanilla beans (whole)
- 4 mint leaves
- 3⁄4 cup raspberries
- 3⁄4 cup cherries (pitted)
- 3⁄4 cup blueberries
- 3⁄4 cup strawberry
Directions
- Clean berries and set aside.
- Reduce White wine.
- Add tea and vanilla beans.
- Add mint and blanch fruit immediately place fruit bowl on ice to stop the fruit from cooking.
- Place soup in refrigerator to chill at least 1 hour.
