Wild Rice, Orzo and Mushroom Casserole

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions. Cook the wild rice in the broth according to package directions.
  2. Saute mushrooms in oil and butter and cook until liquid has almost evaporated.
  3. Add mushrooms and parsley to rice and orzo. Mix well,
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
