Wild Rice Chowder

Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup uncooked wild rice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons dried chervil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 1⁄4 cups half-and-half
Directions
- Cook water and rice for 15 minutes; drain.
- Stir in rice, turkey, chicken broth, and chervil.
- Boil, then simmer 15-20 minutes.
- Mix flour and water in soup.
- Add half-and half.
- Heat again.
- Serve.
