Wild Rice Bake

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 3⁄4 cup wild rice, washed well
- 1⁄4 brown rice
- 1⁄4 cup white rice
- 1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
- 1⁄2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons grated onions
- 3 cups low sodium chicken broth
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a skillet and brown. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish. Add broth. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Stir 1 or 2 times during baking.
