Wild Mushroom-Hazelnut Medley

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1⁄2 lbs wild mushrooms, trimmed and thickly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts, toasted
- 1⁄4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In large bowl, combine sherry, sesame oil, five-spice powder, and salt. Add mushrooms and mix well.
- Place mushroom mixture in nonstick roasting pan in single layer.
- Roast for 8 minutes. Stir in hazelnuts, roast until just tender, another 3-5 minutes Stir in parsley. Adjust salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
